I’m assuming the Vibe is generally the same underneath as the Matrix, but I believe these are 19×10 although can’t remember the offset. Definitely needed a roll and pull. Wheel well also probably beat too.

My vibe is 18×9 +30ish all the way around and I’ve also run 18×9 +45

I run 27″ diameter tires. Have to carve out a little of the fender liners to prevent rub. Only leaves about a 1/4″ between the wheel and stock coil seat so can’t run chains. Stock wheel offset has them clearing the control arms at full lock by about 1/4″ as well.
Hope that helps a bit. Could do some math backwards from those numbers.
18 x 9.75 rear 18 x 8.75 front had to roll the rear fenders
