Could be a crimped wire or connection under the seat or a bad sensor in the seat belt clip.

Nope, u need s special vw code reading device to reset that code even after u fix it. Most common issue is the driver seat belt receiver latch.

Or the infamous airbag sensors at the front (VW know they are faulty- did a recall in USA, but deny it elsewhere).

As others have said, code reader should be your first stop.

I took mine all out on Lily, old school lol

Me too…delete it

Check the plugs underneath the seat of its not loose get it on a code reader.

Can also be crash sensors behind the front bumper.

Wire broke on seat belt just fix mine
