Personally I’d say 2006 or before because that’s before all the cylinder deactivation was implemented. It’s also the more classic body style. As for mileage I’ve heard they can go well into 200k or even 300k regularly if maintained.

Thanks. I keep finding them with 200 or better miles on them and ragged out. I did not know if I could trust it. And they are not cheap lol

I bought a 2002 Tahoe with 189,000 miles. The previous owner had every recipient and piece of paper work he ever go for it. He had the oil changed with Mobil One the entire time he had it and took great car of it. I already have it at 207,000 miles and i have not had a problem yet. Great car.

Fuckiiiiin, all of them until 2007?

I haven’t yet been able to familiarize myself with the 08+ So I can’t vouch for their reliability.

Just don’t beat up ya 4l60e and it’ll treat you well right back.

2001 and the years of that body style and engine. Seen a lot go way over 200k mine is at 180k and it’s been abused and neglected most of its life. Never had any issues still runs and drives great
