Body armor front and rear. I’ve found that they’re cheaper than other steel bumper but they’re probably still run you at least a grand together.

I’d put it at around 120 or so without the winch.
I’m getting ready to do a fab, and that is about what I’m aiming for. I want it to be tough enough to hit an elk but lighter than the ARB which is weighing in at 160. I also want to wrap behind my running lights an blinkers.
Did you bolt/bracket or weld to the frame?
