Yes, but it will give you a check engine light though for cat inefficiency, O2 sensors, etc.
Get some from a junk yard dealer, crashed car.

Year and mileage ? Most are warrantied for 6 yrs 60,000 miles or more call dealer to check
@Andy 2014 already out of factory warranty I have extended but they don’t cover

Dont they make an o2 bung you stick in the to cancel the light when running without cats? At least they did for a few of my other cars.
Check the specific warranty for your car. Catalytic converters may be covered by a Federal Emission Warranty for 8 years or 80,000 miles.
