I’d rather get info such as no or yes than search on my phone and look at tiny letters for hours and find out nothing of usefulness.
I’ve done it before. You don’t have to change the wire harness…
Thanks. Basically all I wanted to know.
It’s literally all there, better get used to looking at tiny letters because no one wants to spoon feed people.
They have different intake mani…so in order to operate the vdi system you have to run an air pump to it.
Well if I had done it I’d share my bit of info with whoever asked. Not to be blunt but its not like I asked if my car had 4 or 5 lug hubs.. or something rather stupid.
Block off old metering system and premix
By airpump you mean to the 5-6 ports?
No there’s a emissions air pump in the front of engine. You need to use a rpm sensor (jegs) and a solenoid to operate the VDI system on the intake and I believe the 5th and 6th ports as well. It’s been years sense I installed mine
@Kenny
Motor will drop straight in, most of the work is wiring. If you have all the harnesses, it’s easy. If not, you have to rewire for the alternator.
But I transferred over a standalone, not a factory ECU, so the plugs might be different, I’m not 100% sure.
