Gotta pull the top deck cover off which is bolted down under the upper seat cushion, which is held in by the lower seat cushion. It’s all gotta come out

You could just use a sawzall and cut your way to the bolts. Probably better to just take it apart the right way though.

You can tear up the deck cover without removing the seat

Seat removal is easy, removing the trim to get the parcel shelf out is a pain……more of a pain getting it all back.

Not sure if it differs by year, but on my 93’…You need to remove the rear seat, trim panels that sit above the rear deck w/grab handles. Remove the subwoofer cover/3rd brake light. Then you can pull the push pins that hold the front edge of the rear deck and the deck will pull out. Now you will have access to the top of the air shocks/struts….

Good time to upgrade the sub and treat the rear deck for rattles while replacing parts
