Go big or go home! In the end you should really decide what tires you want to run.

Not running anything crazy at the moment, I have the pro comp steelies with 1.25 inch spacers with 255/75 17 bfg mud terrains and it’s rubbing pretty bad when I reverse and turn. So I might end up putting it at the highest setting

Not always going to make a difference. Where is it rubbing? I have mine set at 2.5 front with a 1.5 rear spacer. Needed to pull the mud guards and make a small trim to the bottom of the front bumper.

Yeah I pulled the mud flaps off and it helped a lot. Just mostly rubbing now on the frame next to the body mounts but not much, just enough to be annoying

Bigger is always better unless it’s your cell mate

I noticed it after I got the rims and spacers. With stock rims it was fine but I just need to do a little trimming and it’ll be good

It’s the spacers. Gotta do some trimming but it def worth it, looks way better.

I’m running 255/75/17 without spacers and have no rubbing.

I originally planned to do 1.75″ but went to 2.5″ on the install day. No regrets. Good luck!

I went 1.75 but it’s my wife’s car w 2 kids. If it was mine, I would go 2.5

1.75. I have gone up and over some big ass rocks and haven’t hit anything. My sliders and plates haven’t been touched. It’s taken me places I thought I couldn’t go on a dirt bike, let alone a 7 passenger vehicle. Another reason i didn’t go 2.5 is tire cost, wear and tear and uca. Some people say you don’t need uca but then some do. I’m on the rubicon take offs almost brand new and they are $50 a tire.

Trying to decide between 1.75 and 2.5. Isn’t the front end super stiff at 2.5 though?

No way, it’s much better than stock @2.5

Does 2.5 put the front higher the rear?
