You can take it to the dealer and have them disabled as long as they aren’t required in your area

I think DRL is not related to auto lamp function. The DRL will come on even if you turn the switch to off position.

On my car the DRLs didn’t have anything to do with the auto lamp feature. Just take it to a dealer and get them disabled.

The relay stopped the flickering on my 08 but I had the annoying bulb out warning. 2 of the plug in capacitors did the trick. So I have HID’s with DRL’s, no flickering, and no bulb warnings. (y)

I got a relay on each side and they will flicker AF when drl driven only.
But thats ok tho, I will install a switch on the relays so I can turn them off and drive only on fog lights ๐Ÿ™‚
