Mine is Uhaul. It was pretty painless. Make the appointment, drop off car and wait. I didn’t have them do the wiring harness so I think just hitch was $167.
Yea there’s no drilling involved its pretty much 4 or 5 bolts.
We did to, it was easy and didnt cost alot.
I think I need the wiring harness for the size trailer I’m going to need..
the wiring harness was another $100 +
Maybe I’ll swing by tomorrow and see what I’ll need for sures…thanks guys!!
I had UHaul install my hitch, but not the harness. It was simple and straightforward for the hitch and they did a great job. But I heard too many horror stories about the quality of their wiring work– all flimsy clip-on connectors, etc. It was July a couple of years ago, 100+ degrees, so I had my Honda dealer do it. Cost a little bit, but I got the proper harness, they installed it correctly, in the right places, with the right fuses, connectors, etc. Never had a lick of trouble with the trailer lights. When it comes to the wiring side of a hitch, you do it right or you do it again.
We did and then got the wiring harness from h & a honda which Dominic installed. Talk to @Dominic

Great topic ive been wanting to get one so I could put the bikes on the hitch. Anyone have any pics of your Uhaul trailer hitch? Does the Uhaul logo show?
I have a UHaul hitch too. It’s pretty much hidden, as the hitch itself is removable. I don’t leave my hitch piece on, not sure if I described that correctly.
I had my hitch installed at U-Haul, other than a simple wiring mistake that they corrected same day, they did a great job!
