My cat is straight piped so its loud and backfires but i dont get flames what midpipe for most flames with no raspy noise?

Not around my small town. I have a mazdaspeed muffler on there already kinda loud

I’d like a dual res pipe but I think stock cat and midpipe might be the way to go

Racing Beat. Going from stock cat to that made very little difference in volume at engine speeds below 5K and not too hard on the gas. It is quite a bit louder high RPM under high load though 🙂
