5sfe here…any ideas why the car would be hesitating at around 3k? New plugs wires cap and rotor seals timing belt.

Yup but sounds like AFM maybe too?? Check connectors etc

Add well as leaky capacitors on the ecu

They mIght not be Visibly leaking. Check everything else and try to run codes.

I just got a new ecu 2 months ago I know it’s not that.
