Plastidip is likely the most cost effective solution.
You have any pics of it I have used it on wheels before but don’t want it to look cheap was gonna powder coat but it’ll melt the plastic
Rusty doesn’t do black, he all about that Bling-Bling when it comes to vehicles. Chrome or nothing for him
@Dakota I’ve considered blacking the mesh but keeping the chrome frame. Like the Limited.

I ordered the black grille from http://eastcoastmoparts.com/ and dipped the crosshairs black until I can get the crosshairs hydrodipped.
I have the black mesh need the crossbars blacked out.
The dip has been good to me so far, just make sure you do enough coats to peel it easy.

Any glossifier? Or just the black dip? I’m thinking of adding some gloss to the crosshairs.

Some people remove them and hydro dip it. You can search YouTube for procedure

Had a shop do it. Actually bought a grill (kept the original) and painted and installed it
