What problem you having ?
Just seems to be a awkward fit, fit to intercooler won’t fit to throttle body properly and fit to throttle body won’t fit to intercooler properly ?
My standard one was awkward to fit when I changed Intercooler seemed really tight
I paid someone else to do it ??
That pipe is horrendous to fit lol
Guess you have the headlight out? Found it’s easier to position if the intercooler can be moved also
I took the plenum off and the body then attached to the intercooler then put body back on then plenum took longer but was easier
Yeah that what I done as fit plenum at same time but just seems to be a horrible fit seems to want to pull its self off the throttle body once connected
Has it back on numerous times now and under full boost just won’t stay on ?
Mine did that you need to undo both clips as it’s slightly wrong angle. Believe I had to push more of the hose onto the intercooler

Both are on both are tight, just tightened them up again.
But on full boost it just pops off
It might sound strange but how it is on the intercooler effects how it sits on the throttle body. Angle has to be right as well. Mine took ages trying to get the right angle. My hose doesn’t sit well on throttle body but doesn’t fly of. Ì tightened way too much also. Used a socket and ratchet to make easier
Ì have to be honest I did tighten the clip up too tight and went into the hose a little
Yeah that’s what am using ratchet and 7mm socket.
Tried various angles for pipe to sit at
Not sure perhaps a dodgy hose
Got them both back on now, pretty flush at both sides.
So going to test it once back from FittedUK tomorrow and see how it goes, if not might realign intercooler see if that helps and maybe a thinner jubilee clip
This is the weird bit, without pushing hose really hard onto throttle body it sits like this.
