I would image besides shit mileage, should be ok going to shift in up and down in hills and high winds will probably mess with u a bit cause of the size and height of the of the camper. but also remember ur only able legal handle like 10-11k trailer weight.

Won’t be pulling but about 20 miles to campsite so may upgrade to eco diesel in the future

I was 18k with the boats and hauled them 500 miles one way got 5 mpg their and was 12k empty got 8 mpg coming back. and 22k with a big bobcat on the gooseneck flatbed I for 30 miles one way pulled it fine. but a 1500 is only legally rate for so much weight. my 3rd gen is only rate for 10k trailer weight.

Yea I feel sure my truck will pull it jus don’t know bout stopping it

aslong as u got a good trailer break unit and good trailer breaks should be fine

but would take it easy start slowing down a good half mile before stops

also my step dad has a 28′ fifthwheel camper loaded is 12k empty is 9 or 10k
