I got painters tape between the body and the emblem heated the emblem with a heat gun then used a plastic card to get behind it enough I could use my fingers and slowly pulled them off

I used some plastic tools for doing window tint and some painters tape. super cheap on amazon

Dental floss and 3m adhesive remover … dental floss is waxed so it won’t scratch and the adhesive remover will take the “sticky” off in one swipe without damaging the paint

DO NOT, I repeat for those in the back, DO NOT touch the bumper with a plastic pry tool after you’ve heated up the emblem. I did that and now have a small spot on my front bumper right above the front emblem where the paint rubbed off.

@Jon dont use a pry tool anywhere after using heat. I did it with the side emblems and also wiped paint off. Subaru paint is the softest paint I’ve dealt with so far.
