Shit i forgot how i got mine to work again. Does it move at all? I had to google it. I know u have to do a reset on it.
New body or classic?
trade it in for a new one
Check if a fuse has popped
Is it just me, or are our rams, turning into shit anymore? I’ve had rams all my life, over 13 I’d say, ever since the Dodge was dropped seems like they’re shit now. I have a 20 rebel broken back window leaks water. WTF
@Randall I agree. My older rams had no issues but my 2020 Rebel has multiple including back window leak
Loosing faith in RAM.
What other issue Jarrod
My 19 stopped working. Thank god its closed. Sunshade dosent open either. Fuse is good. Bringing it in once this pandemic lightens up.
I know my older 3500 had the sunroof sink but the dealer programmed it to fit flush again. Maybe you just need to unhook battery and reset everything.
My thought would be the fuse
Could be fuse. However there is a sequence to reset it by pushing the open close button and another button like the fords. Same for the side windows. It’s all software nowadays. Google it. You will find it.
I disconnected the battery and reconnected it and everything is working fine with the Sun roof. But now my satellite radio is not there and none of my cameras are working go figure
@Kery I just did that for mine. Sunroof now working. Now I think about it more. It stopped working after my radio did an update also.
@John all good
Lame!
I’ve got a ’19 Laramie with the panoramic sunroof and I hope I never have issues with it!
Make sure all doors are locked and tailgate closed and the key is in the truck. And try taking the battery out and putting it back in.
Screwed! ???
Disconnect battery for a few minutes to see if the body control module comes back
Off topic a bit but I got caught in a rainstorm once in an IROC I had and didn’t have the T-Tops on the car. ?
You can pull the console down and try giving it power with a power probe and try to get it shut
2005 was the last year Dodge made a good truck.
Plastic wrap + duct tape
Sunroofs, moonroofs are nothing but a never ending problem. Have no business being on a vehicle. Unless you enjoy, leaks! It sucks when the water runs down the fuse box. As it did in my 2005 Dodge Durango Limited. My 2014 Ram 1500 Laramie did not come with one and I’m thankful for that. Just have to worry about the third brake light leaking!
@Matthew dear lord would you shut up.. nobody cares about what you think should be on a vehicle
I just gotta day this. When it comes to our trucks we tend to be big babies, I get it. Hate for mine to go into the shop too. We have to remember that they are man made and will break. Updates cause problems some times. I would rather have a Ram with a small issue than a GM with a bad motor or fuel pump or a Ford that’s a military coke can that a bicycle can or pull. Been a service manager for both. Most of u here know this is the best Ram that’s been produced in many moons or u wouldn’t have one or be on this post. So instead of complaining let’s find a solution. Has anyone been on the Ram forum with this? U do know that they are monitoring it and fixing problems thru there, right???
