Yes prob about right! Official guides for fuel consumption are a piss take but that goes for all cars and all manufacturers! I have 2013 v6 tdi 245 and best i ever got was 42 mpg on a 100 mile run generally around 35 to 38 driven steady and considerably less round town! They weigh over 2 tons so always gonna be thirsty

The tregs from 2011 onwards with tye bluemotion tech and 8 speed box are quite a lot better than the old tregs on fuel though

Seems quite good!! Doesn’t matter what engine you have in a Treg it’s a large heavy motor!!

Not sure where you are. I have a North American spec 2013 T-reg 3.0l TDI and I get a couple of mpg better than the sticker says. I don’t baby it at all. Sticker says 30mpg highway and I usually get about 32-33 mph cruising at about 70 or a bit more.
We don’t have an option for a TDI other than the 3.0l here – not that I would get a smaller one since I tow a travel trailer (caravan) with ours.

No, that’s horrible mileage. I think you need to sell it to me cheap.
